What is Experience Row?

Experience Row - OVER 24,000 SQUARE FEET of exciting retail shops, fitness, wellness and experience-based businesses located on either side of The Food Factory Foodie Collective and The Factory Bar in Oviedo on the Park in separate buildings. Experience Row will go far beyond the traditional retail experience!

EXPERIENCE ROW'S "Experiential" Shops:

The Food Factory Foodie Collective - Upscale, chef-driven collection of 7 micro-restaurants
The Factory Bar - Distillery inspired craft cocktails, beer and wine in an "Industrial Factory Chic" setting with an event space for game night, parties and other social gatherings
- In addition, in The Food Factory, there will be:
  - 20 foot covered courtyard for outdoor dining
  - Open courtyard for games, dogs and kids
  - Weekly events and activities such as game night, live music, movie night, trivia night, date night, yoga in the courtyard and more
  - The outside areas and many inside areas of Experience Row will be dog friendly!
KidStrong - (Located in a separate building.) A child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
Purely CBD - (Located in a separate building.) All natural CBD oils. All products come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
BarN Beer Garden Pavilion - Coming 2023! Beer Garden Pavilion/Craft Beer Taproom with open air seating overlooking the lake next door to The Food Factory Foodie Collective. Dog friendly and available for private events, parties and complete sell-outs!

Foodie Collective

The Food Factory Foodie Collective will be a chef-driven food destination encompassing approximately 14,500 square feet of well-designed indoor, covered outdoor, and open air courtyard spaces that are dog and kid friendly. It will have seven 800-sf hand selected micro-restaurants of local and international cuisines with full kitchens (no warmed-up food from a commissary kitchen) whose menus reflect imaginative and high caliber fast-fine dining offerings.

BarN Beer Garden Pavilion

Coming 2024! Located directly next to The Food Factory Foodie Collective and The Factory Bar making Experience Row the happening place to be! Open air/air conditioned beer garden pavilion. Dog friendly. It will overlook the lake and will be available for events.

KidStrong

KidStrong is a child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

The Factory Bar

The Factory Bar will be the jewel centerpiece of The Food Factory Foodie Collective in Oviedo featuring distillery-inspired craft cocktails, Mocktails, Kids' Specialty drinks and craft beer and wine in an “industrial factory chic” setting. At 2,400 square feet, it will accommodate extra seating for the 7 micro-restaurants. It will also have a great private event space that can be reserved for for game night, special parties, or used to coincide with special events sponsored by The Food Factory Foodie Collective and the City of Oviedo.
