What is Experience Row?

Experience Row - OVER 24,000 SQUARE FEET of exciting retail shops, fitness, wellness and experience-based businesses located on either side of The Food Factory Foodie Collective and The Factory Bar in Oviedo on the Park in separate buildings. Experience Row will go far beyond the traditional retail experience!

EXPERIENCE ROW'S "Experiential" Shops:

• The Food Factory Foodie Collective - (NOT a Food Hall!) Upscale, chef-driven collection of 7 micro-restaurants with full kitchens and imaginitive World Cuisine.

• ​The Factory Bar - Distillery inspired Space Craft Cocktails, craft beer and wine in an "Industrial Factory Chic" setting with an event space for game night, parties and other social gatherings

  • In addition, in The Food Factory, there will be:

    • 20 foot covered courtyard for outdoor dining

    • Open courtyard for games, dogs and kids

    • Weekly events and activities such as game night, live music, movie night, trivia night, date night, yoga in the courtyard and more

    • The outside areas and many inside areas of Experience Row will be dog friendly!

• KidStrong - (Located in a separate building.) A child development training center focused on brain, physical  & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

• Purely CBD - (Located in a separate building.) All natural CBD oils.  All products come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA).

• BarN Beer Garden Pavilion - Coming 2023! Beer Garden Pavilion/Craft Beer Taproom with open air seating overlooking the lake next door to The Food Factory Foodie Collective. Dog friendly and available for private events, parties and complete sell-outs!
