What is The Food Factory?
The first The Food Factory is coming to Oviedo on the Park, in Oviedo, Florida! The Food Factory Oviedo will be a different take on the food hall trend encompassing approximately 14,500 square feet of well-designed indoor, covered outdoor, and open air courtyard spaces. It will consist of hand selected artisanal micro-restaurants run by local chefs, aspiring and existing restaurateurs, and food truck owners whose menus reflect imaginative and high caliber fast-fine dining offerings.
The Food Factory concept came from seasoned commercial real estate developer Michael Collard Properties’ desire to collect the highest caliber of local and International cuisines for people to enjoy with friends, family, kids, and dogs in a unique, experiential setting to foster social and communal interaction. Oviedo on the Park is a perfect location for our first of many The Food Factory and The Factory Bar locations.
