Michael Collard is the leader and founder of MCP. Michael started his career in commercial real estate development upon his arrival in 1981 to the U.S. from England, and has been actively involved in real estate development since then. In 1992, Michael left his position as Regional Director of the real estate subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company, where he was responsible for development projects valued in excess of $250,000,000 to start his own commercial real estate development firm and he has never looked back.
In 1994, Michael founded Michael Collard Properties (MCP), where he serves as President. Michael started developing projects for Publix supermarkets and other necessity-based retail, and then broadened his portfolio with exciting experiential development in mixed-use settings.
Michael is a real estate expert and visionary who has a unique skill of finding ways to make difficult and/or problematic deals work by coming up with creative solutions when others cannot or have given up. Over Michael’s long career, he has experienced almost all project development types including mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, multi family sale and rental, senior housing, hospitality and resort golf course development.
Michael is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Paulette Czarney has been a vital member of the Michael Collard Properties team for over 20 years, serving as the backbone of the office’s operations. As the go-to person for everything from managing phone systems and handling invoices to overseeing bookkeeping, Paulette ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. With her wealth of knowledge and extensive experience, she is Michael’s right-hand person and the true glue that holds the company together.
Trinity Wright is Development Coordinator at Michael Collard Properties, where she has been an integral part of the team for over two years. Specializing in our Oviedo on the Park projects, Trinity focuses primarily on The Food Factory, overseeing its development, upkeep, and success as a concept. In addition to her focus on project coordination, she also contributes to property management, ensuring seamless operations of our unique projects.
Nick Boehme has valuable experience orchestrating and directing project teams of architects, engineers, contractors, tenants, developers and government organizations for the last 20 years in Florida. Nick’s career includes 10 years working at international commercial real estate firms including CBRE, Inc where he served as Director of Project Management and was responsible for the initiation and completion of projects in a property management portfolio consisting of over 25 Million square feet throughout Florida’s major commercial real estate markets. Nick also held the position of Vice President of Project & Development Services for JLL where he served as the Markets Lead for the delivery of ground up development projects, tenant improvements, building capital improvements and multi-site retail projects throughout Florida. Nick has been a part of the Michael Collard Properties team for 8 years delivering successful retail projects throughout Florida.
Marc brings over 30 years of commercial real estate expertise specializing in tenant and developer representation, site selection, and contract negotiation. Based in Orlando, Marc leads development efforts across Florida and the Southeast, with a portfolio spanning retail, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, and self-storage projects. Marc was a top-producing broker and partner at The Shopping Center Group, where he averaged over forty transactions per year for more than a decade. He began his career at CBRE, earning Top 5 status early on. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and remains actively engaged in shaping Florida’s commercial landscape.
Known for his strategic insight and collaborative style, Marc has built enduring relationships with national brands, developers, and landlords. His work is defined by a commitment to market intelligence, zoning compliance, and deal execution that consistently delivers value for clients and partners.
